At House of Nimrat, we strive to ensure every piece of jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video or clear photos of the issue.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order if they wish to purchase a different item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewelry:
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals
• Store in a dry place when not in use
• Keep jewelry in its original pouch or box
